As the president of MIA, I demonstrated an ability to secure funding from both national and international organizations to support a range of important projects. The NGO was able to conduct numerous initiatives aimed at providing continuing education for medical professionals.

One of the most notable projects undertaken was a pilot study focused on identifying the prevalence of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in children, and offering the appropriate care for those affected.

Other projects undertaken included organizing various educational events to support doctors and other medical professionals during the COVID-19 pandemic, hosting a series of patient education events focused on cancer prevention, and creating an online platform aimed at informing the Albanian public on public health issues.

Developed and launched an online informative platform aimed at providing up-to-date and evidence-based information to the public in Albanian. In this role, I have successfully led a team of 8 doctor specialists, each of whom writes about their field of expertise, ensuring that our platform is comprehensive and authoritative.

With a deep understanding of healthcare and medical research, I am able to evaluate the latest findings and distill complex information into easily understandable content that is accessible to a broad audience. I have also developed strong skills in website management, content creation, and social media marketing, which have helped me to grow our platform and expand our reach.
